So Cal : Orange County
Hello folks! How was everyone's week?! Words can't express how relaxing and exciting mine was. My next few posts will be dedicated to my adventures here in CALIFORNIA! Yes, I'm still in cali. I don't want to go home. Like, ever! (I actually missed my mom on my second day here...haha) Anyways, my spring break started early for me and I've loved every bit of spending it in California this week. From San Diego, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Laguna, to Orange County, it was all so so so so beautiful and definitely made this years spring break the one to beat. I've been to Cali many times but to have gotten the chance to do more this week with my sibs and bestie! Meeting new people and making life long friendships was the icing on the cake.
In this posts, you will see pictures around the Orange Circle in Orange County. This area was so cute & this BBQ place we went to definitely satisfied our home sick Texas BBQ craving. Love seeing people out & about enjoying each others company & the great weather. Don't see it a lot in Houston with the bi-polar weather, so it was refreshing to be around. You will also see pictures from our short time at Huntington Beach and on the pier, which was SO cool and the weather felt AMAZING! I freaking loved the Pier! Loved taking pictures of things around & on the pier that made it unique and interesting. Looking down at the water from the piers view was sweet, yet terrifying because I was so high up and I know if I fell I WOULD NOT survive (I can swim, however deep water is something I like to stay far away from...lol) but it was cool to see families fishing, people surfing, having picnics, etc. Another thing I also loved was how the sun shined on the water. I've seen it a lot this week but with me being so high up at the time I was able to capture it a lot closer. It was obviously refreshing to stare at.
I can't wait to share everything with you guys in my next few posts. Oh! Btw, Cali makes blogging SO MUCH EASIER! Don't get me wrong, Houston has my heart however, the beachy atmosphere here fills my soul (whatever that means). So don't be surprised when you see loads and loads of posts of the many beaches we came across!
Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you on my next post! XO-, CC
